Plas Mor Borth y Gest
Ground floor
Please note the house has two internal flights of stairs, and steps in the garden. A few guests who were more frail than most have mentioned these as impairing their enjoyment of the house.
The front door leads into a large hall off which is the lounge and kitchen, staircases up and down, and a washroom. Going downstairs leads to the basement and out to an enclosed garden from which there is direct access to the coast path and beach.
A child's high chair and a travel cot are stored in the cupboard above the basement stairs.
The basement rooms are used for owner storage and are not accessible by guests.
The ground floor consists of a good-sized 'through' lounge - dining room and kitchen. The lounge at the front has a large bay window, a DVD and smart TV (freeview channels), a music system with Bluetooth and DAB, and two large comfortable sofas with a selection of books, maps and games.
The kitchen has a beautiful view over the bay and estuary, and an oak dining set with seating for 6.
A smaller bay window overlooks the bay, with a bird spotter scope.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. There is a wide selection of kitchen accessories and utensils.
There is a w.c./washroom, and a storage area with iron, ironing table, freezer and emergency power cut torch on this floor.
